Damien and Denise first connected through social media, where what started as simple encouragement quickly grew into a meaningful friendship. There was no pressure, no rush—just two people pouring into each other through conversation, positivity, and consistency.

Although Denise wasn’t initially looking for a relationship, she had prayed nearly a year prior for the man God had designed for her. Unknown to her, Damien had been praying the same prayer.

As their connection deepened, Damien expressed his desire to pursue her with intention. When Denise asked what he brought to the table, his response mirrored everything she had once written down in prayer—it was undeniable.

From their very first date—an intentionally planned weekend in New Orleans—it was clear that this connection was different. It wasn’t just about dating… it was about purpose.

Within three months, Damien proposed, making it clear that his intentions were rooted in marriage, not just moments. After taking time to grow and prepare, they were married a year later in an intimate ceremony in the mountains of Colorado.

Now, years into marriage, Damien and Denise continue to build a life centered on love, growth, and intentional connection.
